Responsible for development, implementation and effective delivery of CSR & Communication strategies at a group level. Also drives employee engagement activities and culture (core values, team building) in cooperation with the different BU HR Managers.
1. Implements agreed communication strategies and tactics that support businesses and their objectives and protect the Group’s reputation
2. Provides communication consulting to key business partners, performs appropriate due diligence, assists in developing and delivering key messages applying communication standards and processes
3. Manages on-going relationships with key business partners and Senior Management to coordinate major communication activities and project deliverables
4. Manages the implementation of the approved core values; ensures culture communication plans are implemented in coordination with HR BU Managers, using reporting mechanism
5. Responsible for managing group branding and ensure adherence to approved guidelines (Oversees/approves designs of any printed or digital material from a branding perspective. This includes stationery, promotional material like catalogues, brochures, flyers, etc. )
6. Conducts culture survey as scheduled and provide effective reports for Management review.
7. Leads the selection and management of vendors and contractors.
8. Website management
9. Ownership of quarterly group magazine
10. Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time
Evaluates vendor performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that expected quality levels are sustained at
acceptable budgets.
CSR:
11. Assists the head of department in the implementation of CSR initiatives as per agreed framework
12. Assist in defining and implementing CSR communication plan & continuously work towards
improving the company’s image as a socially responsible organization, working closely with the
head of department.
13. Maintain relationships with key social responsibility partners, acting as point of contact (where
relevant) on communications-related issues and opportunities.
14. Establishes and controls budget for related work area. Monitors budget and provides
appropriate reports to Management for review.

As a CSR & Communication specialist, the job holder should be able to provide sound advice on complex
issues. Exercising control over related activities across the group to ensure consistency in application of
approved strategies will be a challenge.
Internal (within Business Unit) – Head of Department, Heads of Functions and internal employees as
required.
External (outside Business Unit) – Vendors & partners, media
Degree in Communication / Marketing / CSR
• Relevant experience of around 5 – 7 years leading CSR ,Communication projects & branding, preferably
in the UAE.
• Organized with a strong ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Worked with diverse cultures and corporate settings.
• Innovative and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
• Detail oriented
• Strategy formulation and problem solving.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
• Collaborative and team oriented
