الوصف الوظيفي · Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. · Analyze the information needs of the organization and develop technological solutions to satisfy those needs. · Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. · Managing the worldwide Kerridge software for the agency which supports all the departments. · Creating New Companies in Point Of Sales and setting up the posting tables. · Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers. · Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. · Evaluating user needs and system functionality. · Managing crisis situation, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems and disaster recovery. · Evaluate the organization’s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. · Ensure that IT First line support activities are offered at the best level. · Establishes and maintains standards for use, operation, and security of network, personal computers, and data. · Consults with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives. · Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems. · Researching, evaluating and installing new systems. · Ensuring the smooth running of all systems including anti-virus software, print services and email provision. · Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to and provide secure access to the network for remote users. · Ensuring the security of data from internal and external from hackers by upgrading firewall. · Providing users with appropriate support and advice and Train users and technical staff to ensure effective usage of the systems. · Supervising all existing as well as developing new reports for group. · Supervising the setup of both permanent and temporary Remote sites. · Designing and installing all network infrastructure in the Group. · Managing the purchase of hardware and software products to ensure the needs of the business. · Identify effective IT systems for enhanced customer service and reduced cost. · Maintain data integrity, virus protection, backup and handle disaster recovery procedures. · Design, configure, develop, test and implement software programs based on user requirements. · Establish standards and maintain updated documentation for all systems implementation, Development and projects and Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports. · Analyze user problems, determine root causes, troubleshoot, direct to appropriate problem resolution teams and follow up. · Stay abreast of advances in technology. المهارات Minimum Total Experience: 7 years تفاصيل الوظيفة
