Degree/Diploma in business administration, or Accounting, finance 5-10 years on-the-job refined management skills in personnel, supervisory, organizational skills, stock management, sales and Accounting, cost management and accounting skills. Job description Staff Loan balances in books to match with HR System and Difference if any to be reconciled. Maintenance of Fixed asset Ledger and Update on all times and monthly depreciation is provided on correct amounts. Asset ledger to match with physical verification list. Any Deposits paid to third party to be confirmed in Writing and their confirmation to be obtained on a Yearly basis. Verify and Reconcile Each Supplier account before payment. Every Payment made by Indpt group is to be matched with SOA with Supplier and Physical receipt in FMC.Specific attention to be given to Stock Returned/Rejected and sent to Supplier, Credit notes, Discounts to be claimed, Comparing Price with LPO regarding over charging on the Invoice. Intercompany Balance to be matched with other Group Companies Balances and Paid off on a Monthly Basis. Never keep un-reconciled Account Balance in Trial Balance. On time closure of Books and Preparation of Monthly P&L;before 8th of every Month. Control: Verify the Turnover as per Micros and as per DRS Matches with Amount Banked and Reconcile the Variance if any on a daily basis with Income Auditor and Outlet Staff and report any shortage immediately to superiors. This is a critical activity and no lapses will be acceptable. Confirm all discounts, voids, complimentary with Income Auditor. Verify the Food Cost on Weekly and Monthly Basis and compare the cost in P&L;. Food cost in P&L;is to be compared with Sales Mix /Ideal Food Cost and Identify the Variance, in co-ordination with cost controller. Stock to be to be reconciled on an ongoing basis/Weekly/Monthly and verify the variance. Surprise stock count check at Outlets on a Monthly Basis. Attend the Month end stock take and jointly count with outlet/other staff and make sure the Stock entered in FMC is free from errors and Mistake. Verify and Check the Bank Reconciliation is done before 10 of the following Month and all pending entries are posted and verify any charges/others entries not in Our Books. Payroll: Payroll Audit and Verify the Payroll cost is charged to P&L;and no variance. Review payroll provision with Payroll Accountant and reconcile the payroll cost where necessary. Assist the Accounts Manager in Preparation of Yearly Budget for the Brand and Manpower Budget. Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans. Cash and Bank: Verify Petty cash to Outlets is paid after due verification and approvals. Periodic payment to outlets is done without any delay. Validate petty cash receipts of branches with proper backup and explanation Monitoring of Daily / Periodic Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Creditors, and Inter-company etc. Maintain and review internal controls in all accounting processes and identify weaknesses if any. Address the control weaknesses if any reported by the Internal Audit. Others: Assist the Accounts Manager in performance of his duties and Completion of Yearly Audit. Preparation of MIS Reports, Complete all Management Information and reporting and statistical requirements on time. Performance evaluation of Outlet, Sales Mix and other MIS. VAT Input and output verification and payment confirmation and reconciliation with VAT Records. Coordinate and manage Document Filing and Retrieval system. Attend Meetings as required and Implement opportunities for quality Team Building Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace. Comply with Month end Checklist for daily, weekly and Monthly Duties. Completing other Job Assigned by Management from time to time.
