Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and follow up on the same so as to process the letters of credit to the suppliers
• Timely follow up on shipments to ensure on-time deliveries to satisfy the customers and avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Processing of LC amendments if any discrepancy in the LC so as not to delay the shipments.
Business Performance
• Maintain up-to-date record on all current and planned shipments
• Coordinate with the product and export management departments to ensure orders are processed as per their requests
• Develop and maintain healthy relation with suppliers for smooth flow of information on shipments.
• Develop the business relation with shipping companies for the better service from them and to satisfy our customers
• Develop business relation with banks for timely processing of LC and release of documents
Professionalism
• Support business strategy to ensure the success of the company
