Customer and market understanding: Develop and continually refine understanding of customers - including personas, needs and competitors, common buying stages etc.. Perform analysis to define programs needed to improve customer retention, wider share of wallet. Product differentiation: Ensure products and roadmaps differentiate EA in target markets, reflecting market trends. Perform industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis and win/loss tracking to identify product strategy for growth. Manage product improvement recommendations. Work with internal stakeholders (marcom, sales and operations) to develop product development roadmap, test and prototype new product ideas. Positioning and messaging: Use understanding of customers and markets to develop effective, concise, customer-centric product positioning and messaging. Sales training & enablement: Provide training to map client needs to relevant products. Increase sales wins via effective tools across various channels such as online trial programs, product and vendor comparisons, product catalogs, pricing tools, customer success stories etc.. Demand generation support: Provide marcoms team with relevant material that supports lead generation and conversion, including campaign content, buyer guides, product videos, webinars, and social content. Product launches: Manage new product introduction across all functions - including sales, and operations - ensuring a clear launch plan, revenue goals, and success against plan. Qualifications And Experience; 8+ years’ of overall training industry experience including developing and implementing L&D;programs and products. Cross-collaboration with internal and external teams Interpersonal Skills - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
