Arabic Wedding Planner

Job Description and Requirements
Duties:

Organizing and planning weddings
Arrange meetings with potential clients.
Identifying the requirements from clients and attend to all details to deliver perfectly tailored project to the client
Creating and working within budgets
Negotiating with vendors
Understanding contracts
Communicate the creative brief taken from the client to the Designers
Coordinating all the wedding arrangements with concerned sub-contractors
Making arrangement for the stage (KOSHA).
Prepare quotations that will respect client’s budget, in line with proposed project for Management approval.
Build a budget sheet after all the costs are known from suppliers and internally build the schedule of the various weddings.
Prepare the weddings – communicate all information to concerned persons.
Follow up emails with client and suppliers- get feedback and share with Management.
Having up-to-date knowledge of wedding trends
Requirements:

Must be Arabic Speaker
Experience as Wedding planner in a Managerial level
UAE/GCC experience is a must
