The candidate is to head finance & accounts functions of the company, supply chain management of procurement and sales, contract finalization, liasoning with banks, preparation and finalization of accounts. Responsibilities :   As head of the function, reporting to the Chairman and the Board you will be responsible for overall success of the organization by effectively managing Finance, Accounts, Commercial , Audit, Taxation and Investment Planning.
 Analyzing various trade contracts , commercial aspects of trade and its impact on the profitability
 Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
 Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organisations expectations.
 Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
 Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financials- Balance sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow statements
 Liasioning with banks and other financial institutions
 Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations
 Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract’s financial aspects
 Handling of Letter of Credit .
 Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
 Handling of all important legal matters especially connected with contracts and VAT
 Prepare presentations for senior managemnet; Create cost models; Productivity analysis and other financial metrics.
 Oversight of insurance policies
 Funds Management
المهارات
Educational Qualification : Masters/Professional degree in Finance from reputed university /organization along with Engineering Degree. Desired Candidate Profile :The incumbent should be CA/MBA from a reputed institute and having at least 10 years of post qualification experience in CFO functions in manufacturing company is desirable. Minimum experience : 10 years in International trade with techno commercial skills. Other skills : Good in personal appearance with excellent verbal and written communications. Salary: As per industry standards Functional Area :Accounts , Corporate Finance , Banking, Audit, Commercial, contract finalization. Experience of International trading in bulk commodities, agricultural products will be an added advantage.
