Responsible Food Quality and Food safety in the organisation
Conduct Internal and external food safety audit
Responsible for HACCP/ISO Manual and update as per the process changes.
Coordinate with production supervisor on food Hygiene guidelines
Coordinate with govt authorities, external parties for Quality & HSE requirements
Responsible for dealing customers complaints, investigations & taking corrective & Preventive
actions to minimize the market complaints on target level.
Responsible for Supplier audits, supplier selection, supplier evaluation & supplier rating according
Conducting Internal audits and supplier audit
