The Role
Brand strategy, including the brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition - both long and short term visions
Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels including social media
Managing product and packaging development, pricing and new product launches
Developing new business opportunities, alongside operations team
Create and manage promo collateral, establishing and maintaining product branding and consistency
Develop engaging and compelling marketing communication including digital, social, community, events and PR, managing the budget for advertising and promo items
Competitor and customer insights analysis, researching and understanding of future trends and their application
Preparation of budgets, analysis of sales forecasts, relevant financials and reporting on success
Maintain and continuously assess brand credibility
Devise compelling customer stories and manage project teams and teach others how to bring to life story best practices
Be the voice of the team with clients, around strategy and wider relationships
المهارات
Degree qualified in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or similar
Strong communication skills to maintain good internal and external contacts - fluent in both written and spoken English
Hands-on attitude and are analytical and ambitious
Brand Marketing Strategy - knowledge of information used to define brand strategic corridors and develop appropriate business solutions for local market activation
Brand Marketing Development - ability to lead the development, communication and stewardship of global brand positioning, architectures and policies/guidelines.
Marketing Innovation - ability to identify and develop innovative ideas (e.g., product, packaging, merchandise, activations)
Marketing Research Resources - knowledge of industry (e.g., consumer, customer, F&B;) research resources and their application
Syndicated Sources - knowledge of syndicated sources used in the analysis of trended consumer and volume dynamics
Passion for understanding consumer behavior and building strong brand positioning strategies
Innovation experience (demonstrable ability to lead a concept from idea to roll out)
Strong analysis, strategic thinking, creative thinking, team leadership, planning, organizing, problem solving skills
