The Role
Build and develop an entire marketing function and team from the ground up
Develop and execute marketing strategy – including brand, campaigns, communications, digital and social media platforms and PR
Ensure brand consistency and integrity to both B2C and B2B markets
Responsible for all communication, promotional and sponsorship activities
Work closely with product, PR and creative teams to align the marketing message
Develop and maintain effective strategic partnerships and working relationships with sponsorships
Manage, direct and set an example to your team, to deliver objectives and achieve KPIs
Monitor budget and revenue delivered by entire marketing team, contributing to the overall strategy, performance and profitability

The Person
This opportunity will suit someone that has worked within leisure, attractions, hospitality, tourism or similar sectors.
Degree in marketing and business – or similar
10 years + experience within marketing with at least three years at director level
A combined marketing approach is essential coupled with proven experience of defining and delivering a strategy
Data orientated – marketing an consumer insights
Excellent communication – fluent English is necessary – Arabic also, would be advantageous
