Senior NOC Engineer

Job Description and Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering or any equivalent field
4+ years working in NOC, a datacenter or networking
Excellent communication skills Follow documented escalation processes.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for platforms and drive the issue/problem resolution process.
Understanding and exceeding all SLA commitments.
Recommend process/procedure improvement
Problem Management
Perform Root Cause Analysis of problems, propose and implement remediation actions
implementation of fault fixes and patches for Problems
Change & Configuration Management.
Implementing changes as per agreed change management process.
Activation/Deactivation/Provisioning of Service requests through Change Management Process
Perform approved configuration changes during entity migrations
Managing the change process
Reporting on the implemented changes
Asset Management
Perform Asset management including License Management .
Vendor Management
The NOC team would co-ordinate with the vendors on behalf of the customer and the customer’s agreed SLAs with the vendor.
Ensure all contracts are renewed in a timely manner by informing the Customer in advance
CCNA,CCNP or other field certifications
