Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data
Ensures products and services are provided to support field operations
Develops suitable local performance measures to demonstrate efficiency of processes and personnel
Develops and manages departmental budget
Responsible for the training and development of workforce including mentoring for career and skills development
Facilitates discussions between internal customers and supplier
Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements

POSITION: Procurement Engineer
SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to INDIAN nationals only
Male, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant course
Minimum of 3 years in procurement in contracting, engineering and Oil & Gas industry
Experience working on ARAMCO projects is a must
Advanced knowledge in Excel and ERP
Good knowledge of Statistical concepts and internal controls
Strong communication and negotiable skills
