Finish Goods Storekeeper/Dispatcher

• Receiving the Production Finish Goods from production stores of 15 product lines
• Plan and organize the arrangement of the delivery as per specific Sales Orders as per schedule given by the Operation Planner base on Schedule of the delivery
• Arrange the storing of Finish Goods items in strategic locations for easy picking list, and speedy packaging as per full sales orders quantity.
• Pack the materials as per standard packaging defined.
• Coordinate with logistics for the detail of packing list such as final weight, dimension and vehicle/container required for shipping.
• Coordinate with Store manager to get the Full Sales order schedule for Delivery
• Implement the process and documentation of the Finish Goods store as per ISO standards
• Report the Free stock and dead stock and recommend for reallocation to any new orders, to the Operation Planning Department.
• Update the system / Sheet for the location where the items are stored.
• Update the system for the weight and dimensions of the production items
• Implement the safety guideline in his product lines as per ISO Standards
