International Key Account Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
Develops and implements the international sales programs targeted to retailers, driving product selection and implementation of the Hunter branded products.
Manages the different regions as well as specific network of rep agencies.
Travels extensively throughout the targeted countries to call on current and prospective customers across all categories and all channels of distribution.
Research key customer wants and needs
Suggest solutions that answer client’s needs, wants, and complaints.
Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
Resolve customers’ complaints in an effective and respectful way
Gather, report and communicate customers’ feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
Research and source new potential clients
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Create reports for upper management
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
المهارات
MA in business administration, sales or similar relevant field
Previous working experience as Key Account Manager for (6) year(s)
Experience in sales and customer services .
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Excellent time and project management skills
Sales
The incumbent should possess an aggressive approach to all stages of follow-up with customers.
Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word & ability to interact with retailer’s vendor portal systems.
