Finance Manager

An international company is seeking a Finance Manager as part of their Finance team. The role will be required to support the finance department on various key finance functions for the organisation. The role will be based at the company’s headquarters in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities -
· Ensuring end to end responsibility of the overall finance and accounting process, execution, recording and bookkeeping;
· Carrying out month end procedures with P&L;and Balance sheet reconciliations and reviews;
· Maintenance, finalisation and consolidation of statutory accounts;
· Designing and ensuring the overall finance and accounting process, execution, recording and bookkeeping is in line with respective company policies and IFRS requirements;
· Designing and maintaining internal controls and ensure compliance;
· Managing the company’s overall banking relationship;
· Cash management for the company and its group of companies, including coordination for disbursement of short / long term loans;
· Internal and External Audit handling of requests and related query clearance;
· Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management reports consolidate and analyzing Central budgets, including monitoring actuals against budget across the organization and report variances.
· Analytical review of P&L;
· Prepare and present the annual Budgets to be presented to the executives;
· Designing the forecasting process and preparing and presenting the forecast;
· Implementation of and maintenance of ERP system;
· Managing 2 staff members of financial accountants; and
· Handling miscellaneous adhoc assignments and special projects – time to time.
المهارات
· Professionally qualified, ACA, ACCA or CPA;
· Minimum 5 years’ finance experience in a multinational setup is preferred;
· Significantly demonstrated experience in a similar role and expertise in finance and accounts is essential;
· Proficiency in MS Office and related accounting and financial reporting tools;
· Ability to analyse financial information;
· A keen attention to detail ;
· Good team player with a flexible approach;
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines;
· High degree of personal resilience and integrity and professional discretion;
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; and
· Ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds across cultural and national identities.
