Job Description:
John Crane is looking for buyer to manage purchasing against sister companies and external suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Send RFQs to appropriate vendors, registering & updating database records related to purchasing.
Prepares purchased orders and placing orders on approved suppliers.
Following up and monitoring of internal/external order processing and delivery performance.
Update internal system with suppliers’ acknowledgements and expediting suppliers to comply with customer deliveries.
Networking and communication with suppliers and other JC operations.
Maintains purchasing filing system.
المهارات
• Diploma or University Degree in Economics, Commerce or similar field
• Professional experience in sales or commercial administration in particular handling export and shipping documents and LOCs.
• Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
• Knowledge of purchasing and company pricing procedures.
• SAP knowledge
• Product knowledge or ability to learn about John Crane product portfolio & product codes.
• Languages: English. Speaking in Arabic is an advantage
