Mechanical Assembly and Service Engineer / Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
– Assembling and servicing all types of Geared Motors and CMP servo gear units
– Reading Instructions and preparing briefs for the team
– Labelling and packing the products and preparing for dispatch
– Booking material in ERP and preparing Job Orders
–Maintaining the complete documentation of testing, painting, assembly tools
– Logging orders and preparing documentation for assembly
– Controlling the stock on ERP and maintaining inventories and stock counts
– Preparing a detailed report showing damaged parts and probable root cause of damage
– Maintaining the quality & painting area and all required tools
– Performing service jobs, inspecting customer units and failure analysis reports for on-site units
المهارات
– Experienced polyvalent mechanical engineer with B.E. degree from a renown establishment
– Experienced polyvalent mechanical technician with B.tech. degree from a renown establishment
– Quality and safety oriented character
– Fluent in English
– Willingness for business travels
– Flexibility to work outside the regular working hours - if required
– Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
