Roles and Responsibility :
Analyze Offtake data from chains, Nielsen market data, IMS data from different countries regularly to identify the key issues, target areas for promotions based on current performance and potential opportunities.
Develop innovative and effective promotions and in store activities, in consultation with the Brand and Sales team,in line with the sales strategy – budget plans. Analyze effectiveness of past promotions and that of competition to arrive at benchmarks for us.
Be the anchor in cross-agency (creative, digital, PR) interactions for effective 360-degree communication development on assigned category.
Consumer understanding of the assigned category coupled with internal & external data analysis to generate relevant hypothesis and action plans
Work closely on end-to-end rollout of NPDs (Consumer Research, Product brief, Interaction with innovation team, product launch, promo plans and visibility etc)
Regularly interact with the sales team and suppliers and influence them to ensure timely implementation of all in-market brand plans on the whole category
To ensure that POS materials purchase is within the budget, defined quality and delivery time
To ensure the promotional campaigns are in line with the sales & brand strategy and is within the defined BPL budget
Develop and track the activation calendar for a financial year for the assigned category in consultation with the Sales Managers.
Basics of Brand Management.
Fundamental knowledge on FMCG Sales , Distribution & Merchandizing.
Exposure in Market Research and Analysis (highly desired)
Negotiation Skills,
Strong Analytical skills/Expert in Excel
المهارات
Should have 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations
Negotiable as per experience and interview skills
1-2 years of Brand Activation/Analysis experience preferably in FMCG companies
Experience in personal care products preferred. Exposure to MENA preferred
Exposure to Brand Management & Market Research
