Talent acquisition specialist - Arabic Speaking (Retail Expert)

الوصف الوظيفي
Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select most appropriate
recruitment methods to source candidates
Create & publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates
through social media & other potential sources.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction,
assessment and sourcing methodologies
Screen resumes & job applications and conduct initial screening to create shortlist of
qualified candidates
Conduct interviews to both entry and management level of store operations and back
office.
Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and
universities for recruitment purposes
Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and
preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria
for the position as per the set company policy
Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or during recruiting events
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and
relationship building with potential candidate communities
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Create and implement statistical reports in order to ensure proper staffing analysis , talent pipeline, and recruitment process monitoring
المهارات
Min. 5 years of experience in recruiting for retail industry in Middle East with excellent selling & negotiation skills.
Excellent use of Office applications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources
Fluency in Arabic as well as English
Planning, organizing & time management skills
