Software engineer / software architect / Application developer

الوصف الوظيفي
- Design, run, program and test system level softwares
- Should be able to create new applications and code solutions
- Determination of operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition and requirements, development of solution and / or proposed solutions in form of documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
- Preparation and installation of solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
- Improve operational productivity by conducting periodical system analysis - Maintain software / application licenses
– and any other license required for functionality of the application / software
- Self study of state of art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participation in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks with IT gurus, participating in professional tech events
- Protects operations / application code by keeping information confidential - Should understand how software and hardware functions
- Should be able to interact with clients and colleagues to assess and define what solutions or system is needed - Presenting ideas for system improvement with cost analysis
- Working closely with analysts (internal or external), designers and other staff
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
Education
- Master of science in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Software engineer / Java / C++ / Smalltalk / Visual Basic / Oracle / Linux / NET
Skills
- Expertise in current computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and commercial experience
- Should appreciate the bigger business vision / not only IT oriented
- Team-working skills software design
- Software debugging
- Software documentation
- Software testing
- Software development fundamental and process
المهارات
- More than 5 years experience in app development life cycle in both mobile and web
- Expert knowledge of mobile app development
- More than 5 years experience in networking technology including SIP and WebRTC
- Preferring a candidate with start up experience
- At least 5 years management experience
