الوصف الوظيفي
1. Manage the development, implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems for UAS.
2. Responsible to direct all activities including analysis, design, development and implementation of business application and network systems, computer operations and support system to ensure that the enterprise offers state-of the art information technology support and services to its users and align with strategic goals.
3. Plan, implement and monitor changes in infrastructure configuration.
4. Develop SOP’s and best practices, including providing written protocol and guidance to end users.
5. Responsible for performing system monitoring for security purpose.
6. Plan and implement Business Continuity, planning and implementing disaster recovery/contingency work with team to enhance current technologies to improve client’s services.
7. Develop best practices and written documentation for all IT process including servers, standards and Policies.
8. Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations and lead IS/IT Risk Analysis.
9. Encourage a vital and productive atmosphere and build a motivated team throughout area of responsibility.
10. Responsible for managing global IT strategy, budgeting and planning.
11. Provide technical expertise and coordinate projects implemented by outsourced IT teams.
12. Responsible for Designing and implementation of a redundant internal network. Enforcing IT security policies and best practices.
13. Review and document existing office setup on a global scale and keep a structured and comprehensible state of current infrastructure.
14. Responsible to bring the IT infrastructure to a stable and consistent state with proper backup, failover and disaster and recovery solutions.
15. Responsible for creating a stable VM environment.
16. Overseeing and coordinating the implementation of security and surveillance system.
17. Responsible for Service Design, Transition and Operation Management, and ensuring Continual Service Improvements in current IT setup.
18. Responsible for constant Infrastructure monitoring and managing user support expectations.
