Assistant Manager - Analytics

The purpose of the role is to support the Manager Analytics and the Chief Commercial Officer in defining the pricing and promotional strategy of Expo in relation with the various Guest Group business owners. The main responsibilities for this role include: - Participate to the definition of strategies and tactics to drive profitable visitation; - Assist with analysis in the development of the strategic admissions pricing, including rack, discounts, seasonal structure, package structure and channel strategy; - Provide the organization with in-depth analysis and actionable business insights to maximize visitations through the application of forecasting, pricing and demand management; - Record and analyze sales data to better understand guest behavior by identifying trends, patterns, and irregularities in consumer transactions; - Ensure high standards of data and segmentation quality through system maintenance and audits; - Create tools that allow for visual analysis of data and develop market-specific metrics to understand the performance; - Assist the operations in executing the promotions and initiatives, to maintain high guest experience as well as generate upsell opportunities.
المهارات
4+ years of experience working in a similar position preferrably within Pricing, Promotions, and/or Revenue Management as well as;
- A Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field;
- Must have excellent project and stakeholders management skills, with the mental agility to covers various unrelated topics at the same time;
- Strong analytic skills;
- Advanced Excel modeling skills;
- Research and data based orientation;
- Strong Flexibility and Integrity;
- Commercial Understanding;
- Strong written, communication and reporting skills.
