The Technical Service function is responsible for providing Security Technical Support and Service Delivery Management to the Security Department for all phases of the programme, including event and legacy.  The Accreditation Functional Area within Technical Services is to design, coordinate and deliver all aspects of the Event Accreditation Service for Expo 2020 Dubai, contributing to a safe, secure and efficiently run event. The purpose of the role of the Senior Manager Accreditation Systems is to be responsible for the operational and functional management of Expo Accreditation Systems, this role will play a part in defining, developing and implementing a seamless Accreditation business process, leading data quality assurance and monitoring with external agencies, development of client application tools and templates and taking responsibility for coordinated support of all Accreditation activities. Main responsibilities of this role will include: - Develop the Accreditation Workforce Guest Group Engagement plan in consultation with Workforce Guest Group owners and relevant Stakeholders; - Develop the core Accreditation business process in collaboration with key stakeholders; - Development and implementation of Accreditation service levels; - Development of Accreditation guides, manuals and other required publications; - Determine and implement in conjunction with Workforce Guest Group owners and relevant stakeholders the Workforce Accreditation Privilege matrix; - Work closely with the Expo 2020 Information and Future Technologies team, Accreditation systems provider and other stakeholders to develop, test and implement a fit for purpose Accreditation system solution; - Undertake extensive data analysis and reporting on client and stakeholder progress.
المهارات
8+ years of experience in practical operations of Accreditation for international mega-events or a large complex visitor experience event, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree educated in a technical/event field or other relevant field;
-Significant experience in practical operations of Accreditation for international mega-events or a large complex visitor experience event;
- Previous experience in technical engagement and relationship management with systems suppliers, government entities and other stakeholder representatives;
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-level, project based environment with emphasis on timelines and delivery of projects on-time and on-budget;
- Previous experience of managing an effective team;
- Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change.
