Responsibilities:
The role for the Finance Manager is to take the responsibility of producing Financial Reports, handling financial transactions, processing payment, collection of receivables, updating related entries in the books of accounts, development of accounting reports and provide valuable inputs which help in making decisions with direct financial implications.
Build a good relationship with the banks, management of working capital for the company by planning and following up rigorously for receivables, as well as ensuring that amounts payable to suppliers, employees, bankers or any other creditors are paid as scheduled.
He is responsible for the setting & monitoring budgets, accounting, cash flow & MIS, development of finance policies and procedures, and ensure the implementation of the same.
Advise and support the MD and CEO in making decisions with direct financial implications, coordinate with external and internal auditors.

Qualifications:
Finance and Accounting qualifications, preferably CA/CPA.
Minimum 8+ years post qualification experience, of which 5 years in UAE.
Knowledge in advance excels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
Ability to be proactive, to use initiative and to work independently.
Hands on experience in ERP, preferably, NetSuite.
Thorough knowledge if VAT regulations & return filing.
Knowledge of UAE commercial laws.
Preferably less than 40 years of age.
Years of Experience: Min. 8 years/ 5 years in UAE
