Job Description

• Provide management consultation service to clients and customers regarding the international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) and help them to be certified.
• Meeting with clients to fulfill their QEHS needs.
• Plan and execute project in accordance with client’s requirements.
• Must help organizations to develop its policies, establish and implement a QEHS management system that comply with the international standards and maintain it.
• Must assist companies with required resources to reach and manage the best standards of QEHS
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
• Ensure that all in-house systems, policies and procedures are documents, updated, revised and modified to meet the needs and satisfaction of external certification authority and external auditors.
• Proactively contribute to creating a good work environment and team atmosphere
• Takes ownership for team cohesion and Ensure personnel have received appropriate QEHS training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks and are aware of customer requirement.
• Recommend effective solutions in QEHS issues.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly management reports relating to the project.
• Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QEHS (Quarterly)
• Aware and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and instructions
• Encourage the company to have safety and health outcomes and reduce risk at the workplace by requiring the management to remove or minimize any risks around.
المهارات
Job Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Two Years’ experience
• Flexibility to travel around UAE when it will be required
• Good writing, editing, communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under stress
• Good knowledge with ISO 9001 , ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
