IT Systems Analyst Role within InfoFort comprises of you being flexible and able to manage your time properly between technical aspect of the business and finding time to meet with clients to support the sales team. To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s
To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients
Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
Ability to demonstrate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
Analyze business needs and requirements to design and implement new solutions
Write documents detailing custom solutions provided to prospective customers and framing the scope of the engagement
Establish strong working relationships with partners, clients, and team members
المهارات
Qualifications:
BA/BS required in computer science, physical sciences, engineering or related technical field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions
Programming skills (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and/or JavaScript preferred), knowledge of SQL, general IT knowledge
Document Management Systems, Business Process Management Systems work experience is plus.
Software development or consulting work experience a plus
Manage implementation and configurations of OS, DB .
Ability to Design and configure Envision based on the agreed Scope shared by the
Business Analyst
Ability to install and configure Envision Components and tools.
Ability to define and configure Document Definitions, Workflows, Forms and user access controls as per the SOW.
Ability to develop user and system guides.
Ability to provide Envision User and system admin Training
