The Head of Talent Acquisition & Emiratization will lead and direct the talent acquisition, on boarding and Emiratization function in line with the strategic business requirements and plans.
You will ensure a timely acquisition of suitable and best fitted talent, whilst supporting the achievement of the national mandate for the development and growth of the Emirati nationals.
Lead the design, development and implementation of the Talent Acquisition Strategy, in collaboration with the leadership, ensuring alignment with current and emerging business requirements.
Ensure that functional strategy and related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with the vision and mission of the Group
Ensure the provision of subject matter expertise for the Talent Acquisition and provide counsel to leadership on all related areas to facilitate the achievement of functional strategies.
Manage the effective achievement of functional objectives through effective leadership and by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating team to maximise performance.
Oversee the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalised.
Guide the development of an annual recruitment plan to outline the most appropriate strategies and approaches for identifying and selecting high caliber talent for technical and non-technical vacancies into required roles in a timely manner, incorporating Emiratization objectives.
Manage the development and maintenance of professional relations with local, regional and international recruitment agencies in order to source qualified candidates.
Lead the design, development and implementation of the Group’s UAE National
Development Programs in order to achieve the nationalization goals by providing progressive career opportunities to UAE nationals.
Manage the development of policies/programs and external promotional strategies directed towards attracting national talent to the Group to drive development of local talent.
المهارات
The ideal candidate must have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
Professional certification such as CIPD is highly preferable.
12 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and Development with at least 8 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Group HR management function.
Must be a UAE National - With a family book
