The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day activities of University Innovation Programme grant recipients ensuring necessary compliance and deliverables. The main responsibilities of this role will include: - To support and liaise the relationship with grantees to ensure effective project oversight and management; - To monitor the progress of grantees’ activities; milestones hit and achieved outputs according to contract agreements; - To support in overseeing Expo Live x Ministry of Youth plans towards Legacy; - To support various Expo Live initiatives across Expo 2020 departments; - To support the development of program work plans and ensure that objectives and targets are achieved by grantees; - To support in evaluating and analyzing financial and supply reports to ensure that expenditure is within budgets and reconciled with the Expo financial system; - To support in maintaining a grant electronic and paper files ensuring proper.
المهارات
1+ years of experience in relevant domain, as well as:
- A Bachelor degree in the equivalent professional experience (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Entrepreneurship);
- Previous experience in supporting the growth of start-ups or small enterprises;
- Preferable experience in humanitarian and protracted crisis contexts;
- Previous experience in monitoring and evaluation of community-based projects would be a strong recommendation;
-Analytical thinking, proven academic success, strong written and oral communication skills, and leadership potential;
- Experience in the use of office software packages, experience in handling of web based management systems and social knowledge networks;
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and reasoning skills, as well as ability to analyze disparate information and compile it into information messages targeting a variety of audiences.
