Manager – Content Creator

الوصف الوظيفي
The Content creator should demonstrate a passion for going deep, exploring creative storytelling possibilities, would be responsible for filming and assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that is suitable for the final delivery. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects. The film editor has to be capable to manage various and different formats and media outputs. The main responsibilities of the role include: - Think conceptually and provide direction and create content; - Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details; - Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling and planning; - Determine production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules and management policies; - Coordinate production process by acting as liaisons between dissenting parties when necessary; - Develop storyboards creatively, shoot video and manage photography orders and manage video and audio production; - Drive process improvements - identify requirements and implement solution; guide team, colleagues and customers on process; - Full management on filing system, archiving footages and materials, Lead file sharing process and systems integration. Full knowledge and oversight of editing system of digital asset management. Document all procedures in order to standardize operations. 
المهارات
6+ years’ of experience in a similar role, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree in media or film production related field;
- Demonstrate strong planning, design, conceptualization and organization skills;
- Ability to adapt to company’s internal project management tool;
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
