The main responsibilities for this role include:

-Support the management in building and organizing the One Stop Shop covering various stages of the participant journey; - Support the development and mapping of services and processes for the participant’s operational journey; - Participate in building the participant operational journey database; - Support management in the delivery of the participants’ operational journey; - Manage projects and work streams as assigned in alignment with overall objectives.

4+ years of experience in operational planning and delivery, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field;
- Demonstrate strong project planning and organization skills;
- Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change;
- People and relationship building skills;
