Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare Financial Models / market and benchmarking studies & Analysis and reviewing the pricing of the Advertising/ Digital Solution/Tourism initiatives & opportunities.
Coordination with agencies to implement Advertising/ Digital Solutions/Tourism related Initiatives in line with investment strategy implementation plan.
Provide advertising assets / locations plan potential for commercial advertising utilization and suggest new opportunities.
Provide tenders plan based on the advertisement, digital solutions and tourism identified opportunities.
Research and analyse advertising market, Digital Solution market, Tourism market.
Meet clients and build advertising strategic plans to achieve RTA investment strategy goals and objectives.
Study market and competitors and use creativity for gaining advantage.
Research on target audience and connect with them.
Analyze the effectiveness of the advertising strategic program including initiatives and projects.
Provide estimations on advertising market total spending and contribution.
Prepare international and local commercial research and studies including benchmarks.
Assist Agencies in the identification, quantification and management of fiscal risks arising from Advertising /Digital Solution/Tourism projects and initiatives.
Follow with Agencies/Sectors on implementing based on the Policies at Investment Strategy.
Provide Advertising /Digital Solution/Tourism activities advice, tactics and recommendations.
Participate in updating related policies, manuals, procedures and processes related to Advertising /Digital Solution/Tourism activities.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Master in Finance /Investment/Business Management from a recognized University.
10 years of related working experience.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
