French multinational with a long established presence in the GCC. Big name in the FMCG sector with a huge amount of products being supplied and distributed across this region.
Description
Contractual:
Dealing with retailers, distributors and suppliersStandardising all documentation Advising when contracts need drafting or amending
Governance:
Assisting with the establishment of new entities, not just in the GCC but globallyDealing with shareholder issues and board resolutionsRenewing licences
Compliance:
Establishing an effective compliance function Circa 20% of the role
Profile
3-8 years of experience Good mixture of legal and compliance experience Ability to handle all forms of contracts in relation to distribution and supplyArabic language skills would be a big plusFrench language skills would be a big plus
