Compliance Officer

We are a category three C Asset Management firm in the Dubai International Financial Centre, we are looking to recruit a compliance officer to join our regulatory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the firm complies with all relevant external laws and regulations
Key responsibilities-
· Preparing and providing regular compliance reviews and AML reports to the senior management and Board of Directors.
· Preparing and submitting PIB returns.
· Monitoring the companies systems making sure the business complies with all applicable rules as well as assists in drafting and handling the compliance monitoring programme.
· Assisting in risk classification and identifying the high and low risk clients.
· To Stay up to date with all new releases from the DFSA, making sure the business is complying with the federal and DFSA legislation.
· Supporting in any sort of preparatory work prior to DFSA review visits.
· To carry out screening of sanctioned entities, conduct investigations and regularly update blacklisted accounts.
· Assist in conducting annual and individual training on Compliance and AML Requirements.
المهارات
Candidates should Posses the following attributes:
· Compliance Qualifications
· Minimum Batchelors Degree or Diploma.
· Knowledge of AML policies, Sanction procedures and the regulatory frameworks.
· Only candidates with UAE regulatory experience will be considered.
· Must have held a position in the DIFC as a compliance officer before.
· Minimum 4 years compliance experience.
