Sales Representative (Arabic/Indian/Iranian) - Dubai
JOB PURPOSE
Sales representatives sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Performing cost-­benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Generate customer leads through cold calling, door to door sales.
Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
To negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department.
Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Visit client and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback .
Maintain client records.
To answer client queries about credit terms, products and services, prices and availability.
Abide by the policies, rules and regulations of the company on various issues / matters and company Standard Operating Procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Experience:2+ years
Minimum Education:Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / finance / Accounting / Business Management, Master’s Degree preferred.
Certification related to Sales/Marketing will be added value.

A deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.( English, Arabic and Farsi)
Strong Negotiation Skills.
Willing to learn and Passionate to Drive Sales for Service industry.
Holding UAE Driving License( Will be added advantage)
