Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches and resolves technical problem either hardware or software. tracks and monitors incidents for timely resolution. Identify possible system anomalles and resolve in coordination with appropriate internal & external resources. Provides assistance/instructions on the telephone for remote users & if required, visit onsite. Liaises with the IT STAFF to ensure prompt & efficient fulfillment of requests by users. carries out hardware & software installation at corporate office & remote sites as directed. |
