The Role

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development in the healthcare/medical industry. You will be result-oriented and possess strong strategic marketing, business skills and be entrepreneurial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English is required. The candidate must be creative and will require hands-on involvement in a relatively small company.
As Marketing and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and development of generating business directly to customers and corporate organizations. There are some really exciting brands that you will be marketing to a number of GCC locations & evaluating new products to launch. You will be responsible for implementing a marketing plan which will be designed to generate demand and working with the sales team to convert into revenue, along with:
• Evaluating, through research - market opportunities, the success of marketing tactics, and advertising/promotion initiatives.
• Monitoring and analyzing data (including market research, competitor analysis, media consumption/behavior) and proactively make adjustments where necessary to achieve KPI’s.
• Formulating and tracking key metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
• Owning B2C markets throughout GCC
• Developing relationships with corporate entities and driving growth

Requirements
5+ years with experience in a GCC Marketing environment in Healthcare/Medical.
Fluency in Arabic & English.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated, proactive and driven.
Well-presented and professional.
Marketing & Business Development experience for both B2C & B2B environment.
Experience in handling distributors, partners, affiliates & shopping platforms.
Digital marketing, SEO & social media experience would be an added benefit
