Job Description and Requirements
JOB OBJECTIVE:
* Research/Sourcing on the Green Coffee (Unroasted) and, with regards to current prices, market trends, suppliers etc.
* Monitor and track daily commodities prices and Coffee market trends
* Introduce the company to suppliers and start business.
* Introduce company to the buyers and start business.
* Managing Customer inside the market (Green Coffee)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify suppliers of the commodity and their product range.
* Introducing the company to various suppliers and develop relationship with the suppliers.
* Communicating with suppliers / Brokers and traders of rice to get the current prices, market trends, trading during the day etc.
* Daily updating the office with the prices and market trends
* Getting quotes from the suppliers for various requirements particularly Green Coffee.
* Finding various vendors, and getting required details from them.
* Research the market and find customers.
* Starting the business with new customers.
* Servicing the requirement of the customers.

PERFOMANCE INDICATORS:-
* Business developed with new customers.
* Accuracy of the reports submitted daily to the office.
* Timely and competitive quotes from suppliers

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

External:
* Buyers
* Suppliers
* Vendors

Internal:
* Management

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:
* Any Bachelor degree

Minimum Experience:
* Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in any commodity/Trade(Green Coffee)

Skills:
* Expertise with Excel, Powerpoint , Word, Visio & Outlook
* Proficiency using the web, private & public database.
* Very Good Communication Skills and personality.
* Possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Languages – English
