Job Description and Requirements
We are currently looking for an Intelligence Analyst, based at our headquarters in Dubai, UAE. The role will report to the department of Intelligence Analyst and will be responsible for research, analysis and evidence-based reporting and assessments on integrity and related activities to support decision making, at operational, tactical and strategic level as a part of the Anti-Corruption Unit(ACU) and sits within the Integrity Unit at company.
Principal Accountabilities
Responsibilities of the Intelligence Analyst include but are not limited to the following:
* Demonstrating strong intelligence analytical skills consistently evident through a full range of high quality, analytically sound and useful intelligence products across a range of problem types using an all-source collection approach;
* Providing operational intelligence support and expertise on specific issues relating to all anti-corruption inves tigations and prosecutions (for e.g. profiling, phone data analysis, association charts, timelines, etc.);
* Providing relevant material in the form of the analysed information in support of operational meetings to assist in decision making on investigations and for management briefings;
* Regularly assessing the threat to cricket globally from corruption and deliver timely, quality tactical, operational and strategic intelligence outputs;
* Researching, collecting and conducting analysis to identify and highlight key emerging trends/issues/risks;
* Assisting with the maintenance and development of the global database held by ACU and ensuring its interoperability and security with member countries and ACU staff and ensuring the quality of material input to, and held on, the database meets required and legally acceptable standards;
* Developing and maintaining knowledge of ACU information management policies and their respons ibilities for compliance;
* Identifying the information and intelligence requirements of the anti-corruption effort globally and securing their implementation;
* Establishing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with relevant stakeholders - ACU network, Betting Industry, law enforcement agencies (LEAs) etc.; and
* Actively supporting and contributing to the work of both ACU and member countries in the prevention, education, disruption and investigation of corruption.
Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Experience
* Masters or Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
* Minimum 2 years’ previous experience as an Intelligence Analyst/researcher in an intelligence or law enforcement organisation, or similar. Operating at an international or regional level is an advantage as is experience, in serious and/or organised crime
* Sound working knowledge of IBM i2 Analyst Notebook, IBM iBase and related analytical tools and software;
* Demonstrable experience in researching, collating, analysing and delivering intelligence analysis and writing clear, succinct and useful documents (examples will be requested);
* Demonstrable experience in conducting all source collection to assist with analysis including internet-based research;
* Demonstrable experience in providing operational/investigation related information and intelligence analysis including the use of link and flowcharting and other analytical tools (network and phone data analysis experience is an advantage).
* Experience in database management and maintenance and the requirements of data protection;
* Ability to adapt approach and outputs to cater to various audiences and environments;
* Ability to contribute in a positive manner to the effective daily operation and setting of goals and standards for the unit;
* Ability to build strong working relationships with external & internal stakeholders which include domestic ACUs, LEA, Betting Industry, other sports integrity teams;
* Meticulous and accurate with a strong eye for detail;
* Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast paced, pressurised environment;
* Willing to handle a wide range of work and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines when required;
* Excellent written and oral communication in English language incl uding reports and business writing skills;
* Strong computer literacy experience using Microsoft Office (Office Word, Excel & Outlook) to develop reports/ presentations to a high standard;
* Good team player with a flexible approach;
* Self-motivated with a high work ethic; and
* Ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds across cultural and national identities.

* The role is based in our headquarters in Dubai, UAE;
* The selected candidate will be required to provide two recent work references; and
* Compensation offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
