A privately held Investment Management and Project Management Company is looking for a suitable candidate, to manage their projects in one of the international branches. Candidate shall have at least 15 years of experience in managing projects and with an Architectural / ID back ground. Candidate shall have very good communication skills in English. Candidate shall on his own shall be capable of project communications, correspondence, contracts management, conducting meeting and noting minutes of meeting, and providing reports to management. Candidate shall have bachelor’s degree in architecture or master’s degree in architecture with specialization in ID and shall be capable of producing own design and Visuals along with an MBA or PMP certificates.  SAMPLE OF TASKS:  · Management and Administration of Project agreements, contracts and other documents · Compilation and review of performance, benchmark reports, budgets and marketing plans · Prepare checklists and review timetables. · Managing Special projects · Organization skills · Drafting agreements and reviewing contracts, cost comparison.

QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor or master’s degree Architecture along with MBA or PMP certification
REQUIREMENTS:
· Hotel or Hospitality experience
· General real estate management and development background
· At least 10 - 15years relevant practical experience
· Fluency in English (verbal and written communication skills)
· Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
· Energetic, follows instructions and presentable with strong communication skills
· Must be a mature professional with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of identifying opportunities and driving growth
