Vivenns Management Services has been providing educational support services for prospective students seeking tertiary education opportunities in Australia. Job Summary: Looking for an experienced and talented Telesales Representative to convert leads into enrolments Specific Requirements: -Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role -Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone -Good sales ability -Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers -Expected to reach a daily average of 80-100 calls per day -Preferably 1-2 years relevant telesales /telemarketing experience including lead generation and responding to telephone queries -Advising prospective students and/or parents on the programs in person/via telephone/emails and guiding them through the enrolment & admission process Job Qualifications and Experience: -2+ years of experience in sales with proven success of converting leads into sales -Education background is preferable -Must have effective English language written and oral communication skills Good understanding of MS Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel -Ability to work with and in a team environment -Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is required Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs Job Location: Ajman Free Zone
