Bilingual Legal Consultant

الوصف الوظيفي
Fully responsible for reviewing, drafting and preparing memos for court cases including, but not limited to contracts, legal notices, opinions, letters related to UAE courts. This role includes attending expert meetings on behalf of the clients.
To assist the Legal Consultation and Litigation departments by drafting and preparing court cases to be filed in primarily in Dubai and/or Northern Emirates as and when necessary. This role also involves drafting legal opinions, legal notices and contracts as and when necessary.
Meeting with existing clients on a regular basis to enhance relationships and to discuss pending legal matters. This role also includes updating clients with the progress of their legal matters as and when requested.
Meeting with potential or new clients, discussing legal inquiries and submitting proposals and litigation agreements subject to eh approval of the supervisor.
Preparing letters, case reports and other documents in English and/or Arabic.
In addition to the above defined tasks, you may be required to do any other tasks that will be assigned by your superior depending on your capabilities as and when required.
المهارات
A law degree with at least 2 years of work experience in a reputed law firm or legal sector with experience in Arbitration. * Effectively managing assigned cases * Excellent communication proficiency * Case study and case synopsis preparation * Handling administrative aspects of the case as well as co-ordination with clients and senior colleagues * A team player with good inter-personal skills capable of consultative processes
