This exciting and key role is responsible for coordinating with the customers, sales team and technical team throughout the sales cycle and after sales as well. Understanding customer requirements, needs and budget in the first place and then carrying on the collaboration towards a comprehensive solution, and ultimately a deal.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve designated monthly and yearly sales target.
· Develop sales strategy in the allocated sectors.
· Maintain an accurate forecast and an up-to-date status of deals in progress
· Build, manage and progress a pipeline to achieve sales objectives and targets
· Craft and Write technical responses and content for proposals in response to customer RFI, RFQ, RFP or queries
· Estimate and Develop budget for the proposals
Work closely with Sales Team and prospective customer as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during sales calls and sales visit
· Negotiate commercials and terms for the contract and agreements with the customers
· Work closely with Technical Team and the customer to ensure effective After Sales Support by making sure that the solution, being designed and delivered, meets customer need and expectations.
المهارات
Good experience in sales and good past achievements
Excellent spoken and written English
Fluency in Arabic will be a huge plus point
Minimum BA in Marketing, business administration or other relevant field
Available in UAE
