Responsible for Planning & scheduling of various Sales orders received from sales.
Responsible to read the purchase order conditions, terms and delivery dates and match with Sales order if any changes, sought for the changes from sales dept and obtain written confirmation from clients.
Responsible to follow up for the original purchase orders from clients.
Responsible to follow up for letter of credit from clients.
In the event of forecasted problems take pro active actions.
Daily checking of the delivery schedules.
Make sure all the documents required by the customers submitted to clients in time with the co ordination with internal dept or external supplier or sub suppliers.
Responsible to review & seek clarification from sales for any ambiguities.
Responsible for planning & scheduling the task to other department involved in execution of material.
Responsible for achieving the “On Time Delivery of materials to customers” and free from any NCR’s (Non-Conformity Reports)”.
Responsible for analyzing the order requirements & preparing the check list of order requirements where applicable.
Responsible for scheduling & executing the tasks required for sales order compliance.
Responsible for co-ordinate with various department & customer representatives for material status.
Escalate forecasted delays to sales & purchase for timely resolution.
Rectify and trouble shoot any discrepancies or delays with the client.
Follow up with suppliers for material arrangements at mill/inspections/delivery.
Arrange transport/shipping with relevant documents for material clearance from port & delivery to site.
Responsible to deliver the material (stock & forward delivery) to customer’s site.
Responsible for arranging the signed delivery notes from customers & forward to Finance for invoicing.
Responsible for daily updated report of orders to be sent to managers and higher authorities.
Responsible to complete any other work assigned by Department Manager.
