Dyslexia Specialist / Reading Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Dyslexia Specialist to support and provide 1:1 tutoring.
Responsible for teaching and providing the student with a remedial program using appropriate instructional strategies.
You will also be responsible for assisting and coordinating the student’s Individualized Education Program at school.
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited college or university required
Minimum 3 years teaching experience in English/Language Arts or Reading
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Extensive knowledge and experience working with students who have Dyslexia
Orton Gillingham training preferred
Specific training in teaching dyslexic students, administering and interpreting diagnostic tests preferred
Understanding of IEP plans
