We have established a low-rate outsourcing center in Jordan to serve our offices in NA & GCC regions Become a Quality Professional Q-Pros is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. Qualified candidates should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and passion about quality. The position holder will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. Tasks and Responsibilities:
Review requirements and design specifications
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Create test plans and write test cases
Collect quality data
Conduct review meetings
Analyze and execute test cases
Execute functional testing (Smoke, UI, Requirements, Compatibility, and Regression) using Manual and Automation tools
Knowledge in nonfunctional testing (Performance, Stress, Load, Recovery, Database, and Security
Report and track defects using defect management systems like (TFS, Jira, etc.).
Oversee continuous improvement projects
المهارات
University Degree in a relevant major
A professional certificate
3-5 years of work experience in quality control and software testing
Capable of leading UAT sessions with senior business management
Test automation experience is a plus
Ability to perform professional communications in English
Strong attention to details
Excellent analytical skillset
Most importantly, a positive and professional attitude
