Project Manager - Landscape
Salary : AED 25,000
Location: Dubai, UAE Responsibilities:  • Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans on consultation with management.
• Managing soft and hard landscape works, irrigation, paving works etc. on site.
• Direct & Control all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule and within budget
• Preparation of progress report, snag list and monitoring the operation and maintenance
• Responsible for onsite Health & Safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately
المهارات
Requirement:  • Under 40 years old
• Must be from landscaping and in PM capacity (contractor side)
• Must be managing landscaping projects of at least 10 million AED (just landscape part of the package)
• Understand landscaping, hardscaping, paving, civils
