Responsible for the strategic marketing plan for Loyalty supporting all marketing streams – acquisition, partner marketing, lifecycle and high value guests
Launch and maintain the new Etihad Guest brand ensuring customer engagement and revenue KPIs are exceeded
Represent Loyalty in digital, data, guest experience, airline and service delivery forums to ensure Etihad Guest requirements are well understood and prioritised
Build and maintain strong relationships with Partnership leads and Partners marketing departments
Work with EAT on analysis and insights of all activities using this to optimize existing and build new strategies. Include Visa and bank data where possible/relevant
Work with Airline Marketing, Customer Engagement, Brand & Social teams design and execute activities
Ensure tier members and high value guests are prioritized and provided the recognition, benefits and reward they deserve
Work closely with Operations, Projects and Customer Care to ensure the members experience is consistent and best in class.
