BWP are representing a client on a major infrastructure project in Dubai who are looking for a Design Manager - Roads & Utilities for their office in Dubai.You will be responsible for:
Evaluating design drawings submitted by project designer and ensure that the design is within the standard and specification
Look for opportunities to optimize the design with the most cost effective in line with Authorities standard requirements
Drive consultant team to provide innovative design solutions
Demonstrated knowledge of district cooling, potable water, irrigation, sewerage, storm water drainage networks, MV electrical, telecommunications, street lighting design as per standard codes, DM & RTA regulation
Key Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field / position
Experience with working for major Engineering Consultants
Experience within the region on RTA projects
Familiarity with NOC permitting process
