Job Description/Role
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of commercial contracts and agreements (distribution, franchising, commercial lease, general terms and conditions – B2B and B2C).
Advise clients with practical legal business solutions to achieve their goals.
Responsible for offering specialist legal expertise on a full range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
Write legal articles on various legal topics or updates.
Research topical legal information to present in a legal seminar.
المهارات
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in law.
Minimum of 10+ years’ post qualified experience working in a law firm or in-house.
Strong knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial law.
Qualified with a Western (UK, Australia, USA) qualification in common law jurisdiction.
Experience in employment law, real-estate law and succession planning are highly advantageous.
· Provides a professional, quality service in a timely manner, and responds effectively to requests from clients
Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice.
Perfect command of English, spoken and written. Other languages will be considered an advantage but are not a pre-requisite.
