Our client are a leading organisation within the Technology industry who are looking for a Pricing Manager - Electrification Products to join their team in the Dubai office.Reporting directly into the Head of Pricing you will be responsible for:
Serve as a point-of-contact within the LSO overseeing the pricing initiatives in the region
Implement, review and maintain strategical, tactical and operational pricing initiatives within the LSOs
Segment the market (Analyze historical data to create, define and refine micro markets in the LSO data)
Generate, interpret and refine price and volume increase opportunities (PIOs, VIOs)
Generate, interpret and refine quote improvement opportunities
Use Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools to join data from LSO data sources (e.g. SAP, spreadsheets, ATLAS) to construct fact tables, resolve, manage, monitor and address pricing data issues
Develop views and stored procedures in SQL to support repetitive SQL tasks
Mapping of the end to end pricing process and support the definition of their improvement
Develop good understanding of EP wide range of selling models
Core Competencies
You must be a self-starter with good attitude and have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
Understanding of micro economics, marketing, pricing concepts, fundamentals of mathematical modeling and optimization
Good command of the fundamentals of statistical and quantitative analysis is expected
Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, Analytics or an equivalent
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with one or 2 business Intelligence tools, e.g. Power BI and / or Tableau is preferred
Good working knowledge of MS SQL language
Proficient in MS excel
